Annual Walk-a-thon and Carnival. 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
On Sunday, September 9th, D’Youville Life & Wellness Community will host its 15th Annual Walk-a-thon and Carnival.
At 10:00 AM, our annual 5K Walk-a-thon will begin the day’s activities. The Walk route starts at the D’Youville Park, at 981 Varnum Avenue, takes walkers over to the Rourke Bridge and then along the Merrimack River to the bandstand, where it turns around a traces its route along the river and back to D’Youville.
At 11:00, our Carnival begins, with free food, games, inflatables (e.g., a Rock Climbing Wall and an Obstacle Course), music and entertainment, a petting zoo, antique and classic cars, and a Farmers Market presented by Mill City Grows.
The Carnival concludes at with the best Raffle around – tickets 3 for $1 and other discounted prices): D’Youville, 981 Varnum Avenue.
