Brief description of job:

Minimum Qualifications Desired:
Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills. Ability to communicate with various levels of stakeholders including patient/families, external referral sources, and the internal team.

RN preferred; previous experience as a case manager highly desired. Physical Therapist Per DiemBrief description of job: This is a professional position with the primary responsibility of evaluation of patients and direct patient care. Minimum Qualifications Desired: BS in Physical Therapy, MA License required. Must have experience with long term care population.

Brief description of job:
Responsible for maintaining fundraising database and accounting records for the Office of Advancement/D’Youville Foundation. Work involves assisting fund raising and communications and marketing initiatives including special events, annual fund campaigns, endowments, planned giving and other programs as required by position responsibilities to increase and enhance the community’s awareness, understanding and recognition of D’Youville and its mission.


Minimum Qualifications Desired:
Excellent organizational and computer/word processing skills; demonstrates attention to detail and data accuracy with the ability to maintain a proprietary database (Raiser’s Edge) and generate reports. Strong respect for keeping information confidential. Proven work ethic and the ability to take ownership and advance specific projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Two to four (2-4) years college degree. Two years experience working with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge advancement software (Preferably with fundamentals course certification). Also preferred: Experience working with QuickBooks; familiarity with Crystal Reports; experience conducting prospect research and informing and participating in donor management process.
