Minimum Qualifications Desired: BS in Physical Therapy, MA License required. Must have experience with long term care population.

Brief description of job: Responsible for Performing all required maintenance and other associated operations involved in the repair and upkeep of the facility, building, equipment, vehicles, apparatus and ground and perform other duties following established methods and procedures in accordance with the facility’s mission, goals and philosophy .

Minimum Qualification Desired: Must have at least 3 years of maintenance experience in a healthcare setting required with ability to troubleshoot and work independently. HVAC certification preferred.
