D'Youville Senior Care, Inc., our 208 bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full time Nurse Manager who has experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia residents for our 42 Bed unit dedicated to people who are in the early to mid stages of this disease process. This person will be part of the Nursing Leadership Team and will be responsible for the direction, coordination and oversight of all nursing and other support staff and for the overall well-being of the residents on the unit.

Minimum Qualifications Desired:
• Must be an LPN/RN licensed to practice in MA with a minimum of one year Long Term and Dementia Specialty Care experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility in a supervisory role.
• Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, staff and support agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and persuasive, effective, interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to coach staff, manage, set and achieve objectives.
