Brief description of job:
This position will assist the Occupational Therapist in performing procedures, test and complex treatments to ensure the safe, effective evaluation and proper treatment of patients. Responsible for maintaining accurate billing information in accordance with procedures on a daily basis. Attends and participates in interdisciplinary and family meetings as appropriate to relay clinical finding and recommendations to other members of the rehab team.

Assumes responsibility for the screening, evaluation and treatment of facility patients/residents needing Physical Therapy services. D’Youville Life and Wellness Community's Human Resources Department has an opportunity for an individual with day-to-day benefits plan administration experience to join our Team! The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent customer service and computer skills. Job responsibilities include routine administration of employee benefits programs, employee data maintenance in HR/Payroll systems, and filing, assuring that processes operate in a smooth, timely and accurate manner. This position is scheduled for 32 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications Desired:
High School graduate; college graduate preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL and capable of producing reports from payroll or HR systems and databases. Prefer 2 years of employee benefits experience in a fast-paced environment with frequent people contact. Must have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
