BEE Fit Club
The Annual BEE Fit exercise program is held each summer in collaboration with THE CLUB Fittness Center in Lowell.
The BEE Fit Club is part of our overall strategic plan to expand our health and wellness offerings to all senior adults on our campus and in the community. Designed by Karen Bell, owner of The Club, our classes accommodated all activity levels and physical abilities. Activities included Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi, as well as various cardiovascular, strengthening, toning, and balancing exercises.
