D’Youville Foundation

Thanks to the faith, vision, and perseverance of Sister Saint André Corsini and the generosity and guidance of Homer W. Bourgeois, Paul Gagnon, and John Hurley, the D’Youville Life & Wellness Community was able to come into being in 1960.  Our challenge – and mission – is to safeguard our treasure for generations to come.

The D’Youville Foundation was established in 2003 for that very reason – to keep the mission of the Sisters of Ottawa intact and growing. Our goals are multifold, but our chief purpose is to help fund projects and programs that enhance the quality of life for the adults who live on our campus and participate in our services, while ensuring the future of the endowment fund.

Through your continued support of the D’Youville Foundation, we have been able to embark on more substantial endeavors – such as building the D’Youville Park – while continuing to expand campus programs and events that unite and enrich the lives of the community and our residents.

Our future depends on a strong foundation. You can help ensure our continued service to the senior community in a number of ways through Planned Giving, giving to our Annual Fund, or with a simple in-kind donation.

We invite you to review our various gift opportunities. Please call Donald Main, Director of Advancement at (978) 569-1055, or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
